GradedBox ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use GradedBox.com and how we use it.
Wallet address. When you connect your Phantom wallet, we record your public Solana wallet address. This is a public blockchain identifier — it is not personally identifiable information in isolation.
Transaction data. We record Solana transaction hashes associated with box opens, NFT transfers, and USDC payments for order fulfillment and dispute resolution.
Session data. We use browser cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your connected wallet, and track anonymous page-view counts for internal analytics. No personal identification is required.
Log data. Our servers automatically collect standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This data is used for security, debugging, and performance monitoring and is not sold or shared.
We use collected information solely to operate the GradedBox platform: processing orders, verifying on-chain transactions, displaying your pull history, and preventing fraud or abuse. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
All Solana transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Once a transaction is submitted, it is permanently visible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or alter on-chain records.
We use essential cookies to maintain session state (e.g., your connected wallet address). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
GradedBox uses the Solana blockchain network and public/private RPC providers for transaction processing. Card pricing data is sourced from PriceCharting.com. Physical card custody is handled by Collector's Crypt. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
Session and transaction records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law. Log data is typically retained for 90 days.
GradedBox is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
