GradedBox ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use GradedBox.com and how we use it.
Account information. When you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password, or — if you sign in with Google — your Google account email. We never see or store your Google password.
Transaction data. We record your account balance, box opens, sell-backs, deposits, and withdrawals for order fulfillment, accounting, and dispute resolution. If you withdraw a card or funds, the associated Solana transaction reference may be recorded.
Session data. We use browser cookies to maintain your signed-in session and to track anonymous page-view counts for internal analytics. No additional personal identification is required to browse.
Log data. Our servers automatically collect standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This data is used for security, debugging, and performance monitoring and is not sold or shared.
We use collected information solely to operate the GradedBox platform: processing orders, verifying on-chain transactions, displaying your pull history, and preventing fraud or abuse. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
All Solana transactions are recorded on a public blockchain. Once a transaction is submitted, it is permanently visible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or alter on-chain records.
We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
GradedBox uses the Solana blockchain network and public/private RPC providers for transaction processing. Card pricing data is sourced from PriceCharting.com. Physical card custody is handled by Collector's Crypt. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
Session and transaction records are retained for as long as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law. Log data is typically retained for 90 days.
GradedBox is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
