Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GradedBox.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
GradedBox.com is an independent platform where users shop curated boxes of real, professionally graded trading cards. Each card is held in insured vault storage and is backed 1:1 by a digital record (NFT). Account balances are funded and settled using USDC, a US-dollar stablecoin, on the Solana network; your balance is held in your GradedBox account. No browser extension or external wallet connection is required to use the Platform.
GradedBox is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, or any related entity. Pokémon and all related names, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. GradedBox does not claim any ownership or license to these trademarks.
GradedBox is also not affiliated with Collector's Crypt. Collector's Crypt is an independent third-party service that provides physical card custody and NFT redemption services. GradedBox integrates with Collector's Crypt's infrastructure but operates as a fully independent platform. Any issues with physical card custody or redemption must be resolved directly with Collector's Crypt.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited by law.
All purchases, NFT transfers, and sell-back transactions are processed on the Solana blockchain and are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. GradedBox cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any confirmed blockchain transaction. By initiating a transaction, you accept full responsibility for its outcome.
Blockchain networks can experience congestion, outages, or errors outside our control. GradedBox is not liable for failed transactions, lost funds, or delays caused by network conditions.
When you open a box and keep a card, the card remains in your GradedBox account vault, backed 1:1 by the underlying physical card held in custody by Collector's Crypt. You may withdraw the card's NFT to your own Solana wallet, or redeem the physical card, at any time. Redemption of the physical card is governed by Collector's Crypt's own terms and policies. GradedBox makes no warranties regarding the redemption process, physical card condition beyond the grade stated, or the continued availability of Collector's Crypt's services.
While a card remains in your account vault, you may choose to sell it back to GradedBox at the buyback rate shown at the time of sale — a percentage of the card's current market value as sourced from PriceCharting.com. When you sell a card back, the card returns to GradedBox and the corresponding amount is credited to your account balance. Market values change continuously, so the offer displayed at the moment you confirm a sell-back is the offer that applies. Sell-back is optional; you may instead keep the card, withdraw it, or redeem the physical slab.
Card market values displayed on the Platform are sourced from PriceCharting.com and are updated periodically. These values are estimates only and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of resale value. GradedBox makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or timeliness of pricing data.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRADEDBOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRADEDBOX AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GradedBox and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
All content on the Platform created by GradedBox (including the GradedBox name, logo, and site design) is the property of GradedBox. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Card images are the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis — you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
